In South Korea, military service is mandatory for all men. But a select few-like privileged medical students-can serve as public health doctors instead. This is the story of those privileged few. Do Ji Ui, a plastic surgeon, is assigned to Pyeondong-do-an isolated island no one wants to go to. From the very first day, ominous signs begin to appear.
